The workshop will be delivered by Dr Carole Southall and Cat Meredith, (Graduate Tutor, Dept. of Social Work, Education & Community Well-Being) from University of Northumbria, and is suitable for anyone working within the remit of the MCA (which applies from the age of 16) and will:

  • Explore the complex concept of Best Interests
  • Identify Challenges for practice
  • Consider how to achieve practical, legal and ethical application of Best Interests

 

*All participants will receive a CPD Certificate from NESWA.
